2023학년도 대학원 비교과공모전 우수상, 장려상 아이디어를 활용하여 발전된 스터디로
기존 자율구성 스터디에 해외박사, 포닥 신청을 위한 해외유학팀과 교수 취업 희망자를 위한 모의수업팀을 추가로 모집합니다.

혼자 해외유학(연구기관) 준비에 막막했던 대학원생과 교수 채용을 희망하지만 구체적 방법을 몰랐던 대학원생들의 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다.

  다. 최소 스터디 횟수 미충족 또는 보고서 미제출, 허위사실로 계획서 및 보고서 작성, 타 프로그램과 동일한 내용으로 계획서와 보고서를 작성한 경우 장학금 미지급 또는 회수할 수 있음
  라. 모든 신청서, 계획서의 작성요령을 준수하여 서류 제출을 권고하며, 서명란에 서명이 없거나 요령 준수하지 않고 제출하는 경우 미접수 됨

5. 신청내용
  가. 대상: 일반대학원 재학생(수료후등록생 포함)
  나. 프로그램 신청부터 종료시점까지 재학생 신분(등록상태)을 유지해야하며, 학석사과정생이더라도 학부 과정생은 신청 불가능
  다. 2024학년도 1학기 G-STUDY 참여자 재신청 가능
  라. 모집인원: 60명(팀구성 3~4인, 2인불가능, 5인이상 희망 시 신청서에 사유 작성)

6. 신청 제출서류(가~다는 하나의 PDF로 저장하여“팀명_팀장명”이름으로 제출)
  가. 스터디 신청서 및 계획서 1부.
    ※ 해외유학, 교수육성 개인 신청자는 신청서만 제출, 팀 구성 후 스터디 계획서 보강하여 추가 제출
  나. 개인정보 활용 및 이용동의서 1부.
  다. 핵심역량진단결과지(pdf) 각 1부(팀장, 팀원 등 팀 전원 제출, 2024. 8. 1. 이후 진단 결과지만 인정되며 5개 역량 점수 또는 그래프 나온 첫 장만 송부).

Application Submission Period

  • Date: September 11, 9:00 AM – September 23, 6:00 PM
  • Applications submitted after 6:00 PM on September 23 will not be accepted. Please ensure timely submission if you wish to participate.
 

Greetings from Chonnam National University Graduate School

We have posted the list of selected study teams on the Graduate School website’s announcement section. Please check the details.

In addition, building on the excellent and honorable mentions from the 2023 Graduate School Extracurricular Contest, we are introducing enhanced study programs. Beyond the existing self-organized study groups, we are now recruiting for additional teams focused on overseas doctoral applications and postdoc preparation as well as mock lecture preparation for aspiring professors.

We encourage graduate students interested in preparing for overseas studies or academic careers to participate in this initiative. Please refer to the detailed program information below, and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
 

1. Program Duration

  • Period: October 7, 2024 (Monday) – January 10, 2025 (Friday)

  • Activity Support: Each selected participant will receive KRW 200,000 for their activities.

 

4. Activity Rules and Requirements

a. Minimum Study Sessions: 10 face-to-face sessions

c. Disqualifications:

  • Failure to meet the minimum 10 study sessions or submission of false documents, identical plans/reports from other programs, may result in disqualification or withholding/retrieval of scholarships.

d. Submission Guidelines:

  • All forms and plans must follow provided guidelines. Missing signatures or failure to adhere to submission protocols may result in non-acceptance.

5. Application Details

a. Eligibility:

  • Graduate students enrolled at Chonnam National University (including post-course registered students).

b. Requirements:

  • Applicants must maintain student status throughout the program.
  • Undergraduate students are ineligible, even if enrolled in combined bachelor’s/master’s programs.

c. Reapplication:

  • Previous participants from the Spring 2024 G-STUDY program may reapply.

d. Recruitment Slots:

  • 60 participants
  • Team sizes: 3–4 members. Teams of 2 are ineligible, and teams of 5+ must provide justification in the application.
