1. 지원대상:
4단계 BK21 사업 교육연구단(팀) 참여대학원생 중 다음 조건을 만족하고 높은 수준의 연구 및 글로벌 역량으로 발전할 가능성이 충분한 자
- 대한민국 국적이며 접수 마감일 기준으로
박사과정 재학생 및 수료후등록생
※ 신청서 접수 마감일 기준으로 입학 일자로부터 4년 초과 시 지원 불가
※ 석․박사통합과정의 경우 3학기 이상, 24학점 이상 이수 시 지원가능하며, 6년 초과 시 지원 불가
- 교육사업단(팀) 참여대학원생 중 신청서 접수 마감일 기준,
3개월 이상 4단계 BK21 사업에 참여한 자
※ 해당 학생이 석사과정 또는 석․박사통합과정 중 참여이력이 있으면 포함하여 인정
- 해외연수 기간 중 박사학위 취득 계획이 없는 자
2. 지원내역: 국외 대학 등 기관에서 협력연구 또는 연수를 할 수 있는 국제 공동연수자에 항공료 및 연수비 지원
3. 지원기간:
'25. 2. 28. ~ '26. 2. 28. 내 6개월 또는 1년(12개월)
※ 연수 개시 후 6개월 이내에 취업 등으로 중단 시, 연수비는 항공료를 포함한 전액 반납해야 하며 취업 등 정당한 사유 없이 중단 시, 차년도 해당 사업 지원 등에 패널티 부여
- 선정 이후 '25. 2. 28.까지 출국해야 하며, 출국일을 연수 개시일로 함
- '25. 2. 28.까지 출국하지 못할 경우 사업비 전액 반납(연장 또는 이월 불가)
- 연수 개시일로부터 6개월 이후 1년 이내에 취업 등의 사유로 중도 귀국할 경우, 항공료를 제외한 사업비를 월할 계산하여 반납
- 연속적인 학업 및 연구 독려를 위해 지원 기간 종료 후 귀국 의무 없음
4. 지원금액: 연수생 1인당
왕복 항공 요금 최대 200만원 및 연수비 월 200만원 정액
- 국제 공동연수 성격의 정부 지원금 이중수혜는 불가하나, 교비 또는 민간 지원금이중수혜는 허용
- 연수 기간 BK21사업 연구장학금 지급 불가
※ 연수 기간 BK21사업 참여현황 유지 시, 연구장학금 외 국제화경비 등 사업비 집행 가능

1. Applicants: Graduate students participating in the 4th stage BK21 project education and research group (team) who meet the following conditions and have sufficient potential to develop into a high-level researcher and global competency
- Must be Korean nationals and be enrolled in a doctoral program or registered after completion as of the application deadline ※ Cannot apply if more than 4 years have passed since the date of admission as of the application deadline
※ In the case of the integrated master's and doctoral program, application is possible if more than 24 credits have been completed in more than 3 semesters, and application is not possible if more than 6 years have passed
- Graduate students participating in the education and research group (team) who have participated in the 4th stage BK21 project for more than 3 months as of the application deadline
※ If the student has a history of participation in a master's program or an integrated master's and doctoral program, it will be recognized as such
- Those who do not plan to obtain a doctorate degree during the overseas training period
2. Support details: Support for airfare and training expenses for international joint trainees who can conduct collaborative research or training at overseas universities, etc.
3. Support period: '25. 2. 28. ~ '26. 2. 28. Within 6 months or 1 year (12 months)
※ If the training is discontinued due to employment, etc. within 6 months after the start of the training, the training fee, including airfare, must be returned in full. If the training is discontinued without a legitimate reason such as employment, a penalty will be imposed on the support for the relevant project in the following year
. - After selection, the applicant must leave the country by February 28, 2025, and the departure date is considered the start date of the training.
- '25. 2. If you fail to leave the country by 28, you must return the entire project cost (no extension or carryover)
- If you return home midway due to reasons such as employment within 1 year after 6 months from the start of the training, you must return the project cost excluding airfare on a monthly basis
- No obligation to return home after the end of the support period to encourage continuous study and research
4. Amount of support: Up to 2 million won for round-trip airfareper trainee and a flat monthly training cost of 2 million won
- You cannot receive dual government support for international joint training, but you can receive dual support from school expenses or private support
- BK21 project research scholarships cannot be paid during the training period
※ If you maintain your participation in the BK21 project during the training period, you can execute project costs such as internationalization expenses in addition to the research scholarship
5. Number of selected students: 4 people regardless of department
6. Application period: August 8, 2024 (Thu) ~ September 27, 2024 (Fri), affiliated education and research group (team)
